Group Fitness Passes & Schedules

Group Fitness Class Schedule - Passes On Sale Now! Group Fitness Classes are open to UCI Students and ARC Members with one of the following passes. Reserve your spot for classes (up to 24 hours in advance).

Group X

$35 Students $40 Members

Group X pass holders may attend any/all group x classes (strength sets, zumba, pilates, spin & stretch).

F45 Pass

$50 Students $65 Members

F45 pass holders may attend any/all F45 classes.

Yoga Pass

$40 Students $55 Members

Yoga pass holders may attend any/all Yoga classes throughout the quarter.
F45 - Please show up at least 5 minutes prior to class time for your reserved spot, after that it is first come first serve. Modified class schedule on Mon 5/29 - ONLY 8:30am F45
Box & Barre - This class combines the martial madness of jabs, upper-cuts, and cardio-kickboxing, with the controlled toning and flexibility of barre work. It’s a complete workout designed to leave you motivated to conquer the day. Taught by Kristine Miller. Passes: All Access, Group X

Dance N Vibe - Dance & Vibe uses a buildable choreography format that incorporates various dance moves with enough repetition to allow for that mind body connection! The music selection is an exciting line up of high energy tunes in a variety of genres from different eras, including today’s latest pop and reggaeton hits, as well as 70’s disco, 90’s hip hop and classic salsa and bachata artists. It’s an extremely fun dance party disguised as an exercise class! Passes: All Access, Group X

F45 - This 45 minute workout is a complete Calorie killer that will keep you motivated to move more. F-45 is a fun HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that uses functional equipment like battling ropes, sleds, bikes, rowers, & medicine balls. You may reserve your spot in these classes (up to 48 hours in advance), priority for spots in the classes will be given to those that have reserved a spot - Please show up 5 minutes prior to class time for your reserved spot, after that it is first come first serve. Power Dance - This class combines lots of fun and fitness. We’ll alternate between dance moves and fitness exercises to get the maximum out of your workout time. We’ll close with a deep stretch so that you’ll feel refreshed and ready to start the fun all over again. Passes: All Access, Group X

Simple Step - Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout, and there’s a reason that it’s lasted for decades: It delivers results. The step is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform - so you choose the intensity that’s right for you. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to work the big muscles in your legs, and to increase your cardiovascular fitness. This version is simple, so there will be no dance moves. Beginners to advanced steppers can all get a good workout in this class. And it’s only 25 minutes, so you can get a quick workout, or use it as a fantastic warm-up

Spin & Stretch - This dynamic class is half cardio, half yoga for a whole-body rejuvenation. You’ll warm-up and do twenty minutes of cardiovascular drills on the bike. Then you’ll synchronize your body and breath with twenty minutes of yoga. This is designed to leave you feeling fantastic. Passes: All Access, Group X

Step-Up Cardio - This quick class is designed to get your heartrate up as a complete cardio workout, or a warm-up to other exercise modalities. It’s under 30 minutes with a warm-up, cardio drills using a step platform, and a cool-down. Taught by John Halsey. Passes: All Access, Group X

Strength Sets - This resistance training class is designed to give your entire body an awesome resistance workout. Tone and strengthen your body with a variety of barbell, dumbbell, tube, and core exercises set to music. Passes: All Access, Group X

Studio Cycling - This class will challenge your endurance with fun drills set to awesome music for optimum fat burning, in your biggest fat burning engines – those legs and glutes. You’ll experience intervals of hills, sprints, and fast flats as you improve your cardio-vascular health. Taught by Daniel Diaz.Passes: All Access, Group X

Tread & Shred - This Calorie killing high intensity interval training combines elliptical cardio machines and rowers in our Wellness Lab and other fun equipment for full body cardiovascular powerhouse workout. In one to four minutes intervals you’ll thrill to with functional exercises to improve muscle strength and balance while you’re improving cardiovascular strength and endurance. Taught by Diana Amen & Mariah Coleno. Passes: All Access, Group X

Yoga - Experience the peaceful world of yoga. Hatha yoga is the physical aspect of yoga that connects breathing with the body, thereby promoting flexibility, strength, stability, and an overall sense of well being. By linking a series of poses together in incremental stages, you can increase circulation and respiration while facilitating stress/tension-reduction in the body and mind. Yoga mats are not provided. Passes: All Access, Yoga

Zumba - We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Passes: All Access, Group X
