CPR/AED & First Aid
Adult & Child First Aid CPR & AED is offered in a 5 ½ hour, 1 day session. The classes are designed for participants who wish to acquire an American Red Cross Workplace Training: Adult & Child CPR/AED and Basic First Aid certification. Students must be on time. Classes are taught by Trac Lam and his staff of American Red Cross certified instructors. Location: ARC Team Room
Red Cross Lifeguarding Course
Red Cross 2025 Lifeguard class. Participant must be 15 years of age on or before final scheduled session. Pass prerequisites. Students must be on time. Classes are taught by Trac Lam and his staff of American Red Cross certified instructors. Location: ARC Team Room
Prerequisites:
Prerequisite 1: Swim – Tread-Swim
Swim 150 yards using front crawl, breaststroke or a combination of both, tread water for 2 minutes and swim 50 more yards
Prerequisite 2: Timed event (1 minute, 40 seconds)
Swim 20 yards, surface dive 7-10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object.
Return to surface and swim 20 yards on your back holding the object with both hands and keeping your face near the surface.
Return to starting point, exit water without using a ladder or steps.
