Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense art that focuses on grappling which positions the defender in advantageous positions, allowing him/her to physically manipulate his/her opponent. Iaido

Japanese Sword/ Iaido teaches a style of traditional samurai arts, dating from the late 16th century, focusing on the Japanese sword, the katana, It emphasizes technique, posture concentration and discipline , and student will learn etiquette, drawing, cutting and shear thing techniques, as well as a variety of other traditional Japanese weapons. Kendo

Kendo, the "Way of the Sword," is a traditional Japanese martial art that places great emphasis on discipline, respect, and etiquette. The martial art is descended from swordsmanship (kenjutsu) and practitioners use bamboo swords (shinai) to strike targeted areas of their opponent. This class will focus on teaching proper kendo etiquette and technique. Students will engage in fun and challenging physical activity. Prior experience is not required. Kickboxing

Punching, kickboxing, elbows and knees paired with high intensity cardio training and calisthenic exercises provide you with an outstanding work out. Krav Maga

Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, Krav Maga is a reality-based system designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time. Learn to defend against common chokes, grabs, and bear hugs, as well as weapons such as guns, knives, and sticks. No uniform is necessary, only comfortable clothing. Muay Thai

Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and is a very beautiful display of martial prowess and an exciting ring-sport. Learn to Punch, kick, and use elbows and knees. Muay Thai is a fun way to stay in shape, but it can also be used as an aggressive style of self-defense. Muay Thai students will learn to strike with power, develop discipline, treat others with respect and compassion as well as getting a glimpse into Thai culture.
