Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defense art that focuses on grappling which positions the defender in advantageous positions, allowing him/her to physically manipulate his/her opponent. The defender does so by applying joint locks and holds, using proper body weight distribution and leverage on the ground. A Gi is required for participation in this class. Iaido
Japanese Sword/Iaido teaches a style of traditional samurai arts, dating from the late 16th century, focusing on the Japanese sword, the katana, It emphasizes technique, posture concentration and discipline, and students will learn etiquette, drawing, cutting and shear thing techniques, as well as a variety of other traditional Japanese weapons.
