My goal is to make working out enjoyable and something you look forward to, so it naturally becomes part of your daily routine. When fitness becomes fun and integrated into your lifestyle, it’s no longer a chore but a path to a healthier and more vibrant version of yourself.
Interests
I have a passion for exploring the world, whether I'm traveling solo or with friends and family, experiencing new cultures, and trying out unique activities. I recently went to Thailand and last year I was able to visit 5 new countries. I also make it a priority to work out every day, whether it’s lifting weights, doing cardio, or playing sports—especially basketball, which is one of my favorite ways to stay active. Alongside staying physically fit, I’m always looking to expand my knowledge, particularly when it comes to nutrition and religion, as I find both topics deeply enriching and essential for personal growth.
Specialization
A few years ago, I embarked on a fitness journey that completely transformed my life, allowing me to lose 70 pounds and develop a healthier, stronger physique. Over the years, I've gone through various phases focused on gaining muscle and losing fat, and I've learned how to adapt my training and nutrition to achieve my goals. My specialty lies in weight lifting and understanding how to manipulate workouts and diet to reach specific body weight goals, whether it’s cutting fat or building size. Through consistent effort and dedication, I've honed my approach to fitness, helping both myself and others navigate their own paths to a stronger, healthier body.
