BURN

BURN® is a High Intensity Fitness Program that combines super-setting weight-training with high intensity interval training taught by the fitness celebrity Maria Guerra. This isn't just another workout—it's a complete body transformation program that combines explosive weight-training supersets with heart-pumping HIIT.

BURN® is a 6-week progressive program that meets 3 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays), starting on January 12th! Class time is 6:30am.
Also included is a personalized calorie and macro-nutrient outline to help you meet your personal goals during that 6-week session.

This eight-week class uses the philosophy and format of the Eight Limbs of Yoga to guide participants to focus on the goals and ethos that they choose. We will use the concepts of modern stoicism with prominent positive psychology and stress researchers, including the author of “Flow”, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi Ph.D. In each class we will combine some lecture, basic yoga, and focus on meditation - to move our members from self-realization to self-actualization.
