BURN®

BURN® is a results-driven program designed to torch fat, build lean muscle, and push your limits—physically and mentally. This isn’t random workouts or feel-good movement. Every session is intentional, structured, and built to deliver measurable change.

Expect high-intensity training, strategic strength work, and conditioning that elevates your metabolism long after the workout ends. BURN challenges your endurance, power, and discipline while remaining scalable—so you work at your edge, not someone else’s.

This program is for people who are done wasting time. If you want to feel stronger, leaner, more confident, and undeniably capable, BURN delivers. Show up ready to work. Results follow effort.
BURN® is a 6-week progressive program that meets 3 days a week (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays), starting on March 2nd! Class time is 6:30am.
Also included is a personalized calorie and macro-nutrient outline to help you meet your personal goals during that 6-week session.

Please note, this program is not available as a single class and requires registration for the entire 6 weeks (as such, refunds or credits are not provided for missed classes). Space is limited so register today!
