     Summer passes are on sale!! Group Fitness Classes are open to UCI Students and ARC Members with one of the following passes: Group X, Yoga/Pilates, F45 or an All-Access Pass.
        Reserve your spot in F45 (up to 48 hours in advance) and Yoga/Pilates. Click here to view the details of the different passes and how to purchase.
        Summer passes will be available per summer session (summer session 1: 6/18 - 8/5 and summer session 2: 7/30 - 9/9). *Must purchase pass separately for each session.

Acro-Yoga

In this beginner friendly, all-levels Acroyoga class, the instructors and participants will partner up to foster playfulness, communication, and trust. The class will include core-conditioning in preparation for your inversion practice, followed by static poses, transitions, and dynamic sequence creation. Come with a friend or make a new one in class, the goal is for you to engage in a physical practice that develops proprioception and body awareness.
Aqua-Intervals

You’ll be flooded with endorphins in this HIIT water workout at the pool.  Not only will you swim laps, but you’ll work on our water rowers, and do functional exercises with our other water equipment on the pool deck.

Barre Fusion

This class fuses the grace of ballet with the power of strength exercises for improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance.

Cardio Combat

This killer class combines boxing and kickboxing techniques with cardiovascular conditioning exercises and agility drills. There will be jump ropes, punching bags and burpees to build endurance, coordination and strength.This class fuses the grace of ballet with the power of strength exercises for improvements in your posture, flexibility, overall body strength, and balance.







F45

This 45 minute workout is a complete Calorie killer that will keep you motivated to move more. F-45 is a fun HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout that uses functional equipment like battling ropes, sleds, bikes, rowers, & medicine balls. You may reserve your spot in these classes (up to 48 hours in advance), priority for spots in the classes will be given to those that have reserved a spot - Please show up 5 minutes prior to class time for your reserved spot, after that it is first come first serve.

Pilates

This class is all body toning, stretching, and core conditioning, using your own body for resistance, based on the work of Joseph Pilates.
Strength Sets

This resistance training class is designed to give your entire body an awesome resistance workout. Tone and strengthen your body with a variety of barbell, dumbbell, tube, and core exercises set to music.

Studio Cycling

This class will challenge your endurance with fun drills set to awesome music for optimum fat burning, in your biggest fat burning engines – those legs and glutes. You’ll experience intervals of hills, sprints, and fast flats as you improve your cardio-vascular health.

Tread & Shred

This Calorie killing high intensity interval training combines treadmills and rowers for improved cardiovascular strength and endurance with functional exercises to improve muscle strength and balance.

Vinyasa Yoga

This very active version of Yoga synchronizes the breath in flowing movements through the poses. Very often there is an emphasis on vigorous Sun Salutations. This is perfect for those who want to develop strength, stamina, and grace through Yoga.
Yoga

Experience the peaceful world of yoga. Hatha yoga is the physical aspect of yoga that connects breathing with the body, thereby promoting flexibility, strength, stability, and an overall sense of well being. By linking a series of poses together in incremental stages, you can increase circulation and respiration while facilitating stress/tension-reduction in the body and mind. Yoga mats are not provided.
Yoga Express

This 50 minute class synchronizes breathing with yoga asanas (poses) for an invigorating and calming workout.
Zumba

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

Zumba Tone

Zumba Tone is perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles. The challenge of adding light dumbbells helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you, and your muscles, stay engaged!
