Youth Camp Registration Information: (2019 Camp Registration opens in March)

*Registration cannot be completed without all forms and required information. Registration is a first come-first serve basis. If you are interested in a camp that is full and would like to be added to the waitlist please contact Campus Recreation Services (949-824-3738) or send us an email at camprec@uci.edu.

Once you have paid and all forms have been received, you will be notified by email that your registration is complete by an ARC Summer Campstaff member. Registration is not considered complet until all forms have been completed and received (with confirmation email) by the ARC. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of sending in your forms, please contact camprec@uci.edu. Forms not received 2 weeks (14 days) prior to start of camp will be notified by email that the deadline is 1 week (7 days). If not received 1 week (7 days) prior to start of camp, your child may be dropped from the camp.

How to Register - 2019 Registration Information:
  • Step 1: Complete Online Camp Registration & Payment
    If you are an ARC Member or Current UCI Student: If you are NOT an ARC Member of Current UCI Student (GUEST):
    • Please contact Campus Recreation Services to have your child added to your existing account.
      • You may call the Sales Desk at 949-824-3738
        Monday – Friday 8am-6pm.
      • You may also email Campus Recreation at camprec@uci.edu
        • You will receive an email confirmation when your child has been added. This will be completed within 24 hours (unless during a weekend where it will be completed by next Monday)
    • Visit the Campus Recreation Secure Site and Select "Forgot Password/Create Logins? Click Here."
      • If you have previously logged in online, please your login information and log into the site.
      • First Time Visitors: Enter your email address and you will be sent login information.
    1. Select Anteater Rec Camps
    2. Choose desired camp, click select
    3. Choose desired camp date/time and click register
    4. Please review refund policy and select accept & enroll
    5. Choose desired camper and fill out necessary information on the next few screens.
    6. Please download necessary camp forms and follow instructions on the form for submitting.
    7. Complete payment information and Submit payment
    1. Visit the Campus Recreation Secure Site and Select "Become a Guest"
    2. Enter Personal Information (click 'Find your Primary Club' - you will need to click on CLUB DETAILS and then chooose UCI Campus Recreation - Anteater Recreation Center as your Primary Club).
      • Be sure select “Add a Sub Member”. This is where you will enter your child’s information. If more than one child, please repeat this process
    1. Create online credentials
    2. Got to Home Page - Select Anteater Rec Camps
    3. Choose desired camp, click select
    4. Choose desired camp date/time and click register
    5. Please review refund policy and select accept & enroll
    6. Choose desired camper and fill out necessary information on the next few screens.
    7. Please download necessary camp forms and follow instructions on the form for submitting


    Online registration will close the Thursday prior to the individual camp session registering for.

  • Step 2: Complete Camper Health Information

    All campers are required to have current health information in our electronic Health Information system, CampDoc.com.  Families are able to submit camper information into a secure, online database, so Camp Staff can instantly access vital medical information.  After you enroll for Camp, CampDoc.com will send a link to complete medical information (you will receive correspondence from CampDoc.com via email within 5-7 days of enrollment. 

    You will receive periodic notifications from CampDoc.com if you have not completed required health information.  This information is required to be completed the Thursday prior to the start of each camp.

    We do not have a paper enrollment option.  If you have trouble enrolling online please call (949) 824-3738 for assistance with the process.

    • Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge are preferred browsers.
    • Internet Explorer will not work with CampDoc.com.

    All information in the health records is kept confidential and health details are shared with staff only when necessary for proper care and safety.
